Time Inc., a corporation that owns the magazines Time, Fortune, Sports Illustrated, and others was sold to Meredith Corporation for $2.8 billion. Meredith Corporation plans to sell "a sizable chunk of the combined business -- $650 million worth -- to a company owned by Republican mega-donors Charles and David Koch" according to CNN.
