Alums of the Class Move Up the Journalism Ladder

AdWeek presents an announcement from Bloomberg News:
Sahil Kapur joins us as a correspondent based in Washington. As a senior reporter for Talking Points Memo, Sahil spent the past three years chasing news on the Hill, Supreme Court and anywhere in Washington where there was a story. He’s the kind of reporter who seems to be everywhere, and we can’t wait to turn him loose on the campaign trail.
Adweek also quotes New York Daily News managing editor Gregg Birnbaum:
I am pleased to announce that Cameron Joseph is joining the Daily News as a reporter in our Washington bureau. Cameron comes to us after nearly four years at The Hill, where he covered the 2012 presidential contest and the more recent midterm elections. Prior to that, Cameron served as a researcher and reporter at the National Journal and as a contributing writer at the Almanac of American Politics. Working alongside reporter Dan Friedman in our DC bureau, Cameron will focus on Hillary Clinton’s expected presidential campaign. His first day will be April 6. Please welcome him.
